Functional training focusses on activating muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in specific sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. Corrective exercise begins with an assessment of range of motion and movement and the development of a plan to reduce imbalances and alter faulty patterns. These types of training, properly applied, can make everyday activities easier, help reduce your risk of injury or recover from an injury, improve sport performance and improve your quality of life.

Health and sleep coaching include analyzing and altering health behaviour such as sleep patterns and eating habits. Furthermore, launching from sport psychological literature, instruction can be provided on methods to increase focus, motivation and self-confidence.
