Tania’s passion for health and wellness started shortly after completing high school. After being in the health and fitness industry for a few years, she decided to enroll at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She completed her education in 2012 and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Tania fell in love with the human body and wanted to pursue further education.
In 2016 she started the massage therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Tania now sees the body as a whole and has incorporated that into her treatments. She uses a combination of therapeutic modalities and breathwork. Myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy are but a few of the several techniques that Tania enjoys utilizing while treating clients.
She is keen to work with clients to help them achieve their goals while educating them further about their bodies. Tania believes in educating her clients in areas such as stretching and strengthening so they can continue daily activities that they love without feeling limited.
In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, going on hikes, travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.
